RETURNS

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Returns must be in a new, unworn condition with tags attached, in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Please note that we do not accept returns of custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Due to health codes, support and fashion hosiery or compression socks may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer's defect.

Please Note: All Returns or Exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless Healthcare Apparel made an error leading to the customer needing to return items.

Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. We will, however, exchange items with no additional shipping/processing charges.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of our team receiving the package. After 20 days of delivery of your tracked item, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Returns are easy, and fast. There are just a few quick steps to complete:

  1. To start, please send us an email at helpdesk@healthcareapparelstore.com. Include Order number in your email. We will then email you a return and exchange form.
  2. Once you fill out the return and exchange form and submit it back to us, our customer service team will email you with the next steps.

We will only pay return shipping and replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may exchange items for a different size or color if it is in stock within 20 days of receipt of tracked items. Customer is responsible for Shipping costs and sending items back to the warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. your item is shipped out within 7-10 BUSINESS days from processed payment time.
